This is why we’ve made easy-to-understand policies based on the most common reasons for returns/cancellations.
7 Days Return Policy
Products with “7 Days Returnable” are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is received and found to be intact by our inspection team, we will issue full store credit so that you may exchange and buy another item. Refunds will not be provided.

7 Days Replacement Policy
Products with “7 Days Replacement” are ONLY eligible for a replacement within 7 days of delivery, in the unfortunate event that it is found to be the wrong item. This policy is not applicable to customers who are not happy with the product. Once the issue has been confirmed by our inspection team, we will provide a replacement for the originally ordered product. In case of replacements not being available, you can choose another variant, full store credit or full refund will be provided.
